OUR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES POLICIES

We really do appreciate you choosing Bellissimo Lashes as your preferred salon for your lash beauty requirements.

Please read our policies below and other information regarding our services.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment.

If you can no longer make it to your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to rearrange it to another time that suits you. We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we need this time to call our clients on the waiting list to try to fill your treatment slot.

If you do not show to a scheduled appointment, or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, then 100% of your appointment fee will be applied.

Please note, clients that have previously failed to attend a scheduled appointment will be required to pay for the next appointment in advance, in full.  If this appointment is not attended, or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, the treatment cost will not be refunded.

Punctuality

We have recently spaced out our appointment times to allow for additional cleaning between bookings. Please note your appointment start time. Your appointment is your treatment time, set aside specifically for you to relax and enjoy being pampered. We kindly request that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled time, and wait in your car until your scheduled start time, to reduce unnecessary contact between individuals. This will allow you to start relaxing and allow us sufficient time to provide quality results.

So as to not inconvenience our mostly punctual clients, if you are late when arriving to your appointment, we will be unable to run it late and into our cleaning time or another clients treatment time. This means that your appointment will need to be cut short, and we may not have the time required to apply as many lashes as you would like. Our standard treatment fees will still apply.

To get the most from your appointment and leave with the fullest lashes possible, please arrive to your appointment on time.

Treatment Reactions

Eyelash extensions are not suitable for everyone and, unfortunately, sometimes a reaction can occur. We recommend you attend for a patch test treatment before having extensions for the first time. Allergies and reactions can occur at any time and are not foreseeable either during consultation or treatment, and whilst all care is taken, no refunds will be issued for reactions. Should this unfortunate event occur, please contact us immediately you become aware so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Satisfaction and Results

Eyelash extensions are an aesthetic procedure and as such the outcomes are dependent on a variety of factors, that we cannot control. We always strive to do our best work and achieve the look that you desire. The eyelash extensions are applied to your natural lashes so it is important to note that individual results do vary and will depend on the length, strength and volume of your natural lashes as well as the type of extension you choose to have applied. Sometimes, it is not possible for us to create certain desired looks due to an individual’s eye shape, and natural lashes. We will discuss this with you during your initial consultation.

As we are unable to control a client’s aftercare, natural lash shedding or oil production, we are unable to guarantee an individual’s retention rate.  We will correct any work deemed to be due to error of our application method, however we do not offer refunds.

If you are not satisfied with the look of your extensions, lash fallout, or if for any reason you experience any issue after your treatment please contact us immediately. We are very happy to help you and would love the opportunity to remedy the problem. Any suggested remedy will depend on the nature of the situation, which may require photo’s and/or a complimentary follow-up consultation to determine.

Please contact us within a reasonable time-frame in these cases. We consider 2 (two) days sufficient time, within which any issues would occur.

Refill Policy

Other salons:

We may or may not be able to perform refill services on work that was not done by Bellissimo Lashes. If you currently have lash extensions on, you can either have them removed before receiving your first new set with us or book a longer appointment to allow us to assess the current lashes and still have time to remove them if needed. We will be unable to determine in advance if we can refill or remove as we need to examine the lashes.

If the existing lashes need to be removed using the lash remover this will affect your retention of your new set of lashes. Your first refill in this case should be sooner.

Bellissimo Lashes:

When refilling your Bellissimo Lashes you will be booked for a standard refill appointment by default however we reserve the right to apply the extended refill or even full set costs, depending on your retention of the previous set, providing we have sufficient time to accommodate the longer service. If you suspect you will require an extended refill or full set please let us know in advance so we can adjust or reschedule your treatment accordingly.
